1.     Crush Middle School Travel Tourney Teams
U-13 & U15 teams will be formed for tourney play & summer travel. Ideal tourney team is:
19 players per team: 3 att, 6 mids, 2 att/mid, 6 longpoles, 2 goalies.

2.     Crush Middle School summer league Teams:
2012 Summer teams for u13, u-15, local oc league, Info TBA

3. Crush Fall "intensive": Elite MS lacrosse training.
Players grades 5th-8th participate in 7 week intensive fall lacrosse session. 25 players maximum per hour. Participants receive practice T-shirt. 3 training days per week: Tuesday & Thursday 4 - 6pm & Saturday evening  Plus 2 days of Run & Gun Box lax league.
Players particiapte in speed and strength training with professional speed trainer on tuesday and thurs for 1 hour, and learn vital individual lax skills during second hour. Saturday evening is 15 mins flexibility and agility, 20 mins of team strategy lacrosse drills and 45mins scrimmage game.
This program is designed to make players the best lax players and best athletes possible. You will make an impression on your winter club coach after this intensive.

Players must be motivated and focused on achieving success at the next levels of lacrosse. All players that participate are invited to try out for the spring Crush travel teams. tryouts will be held following the OCLA winter youth season.
